At Vision Clinic Sydney we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and service.  Patients may be referred by their general practitioner or optometrist. Once you have the referral please contact us at the number provided to book an appointment. Our friendly staff are always ready to accommodate and assist with any booking needs. Appointment requests can be made on 92229188.

New Patient Information

We are located in Macquarie Street very close to Martin Place and St James Railway Stations, and bus stops at Martin Place and Macquarie Street. Convenient parking is available at the domain car park (approx. 7 min walk).

You will need:

A referral letter from your General Practitioner or optometrist. This referral will be valid for 12 months. In some cases the referral will be from specialist doctors which are valid for 3 months. You can still be seen at the practice without a referral but will not be able to claim a medical rebate for the consultation or any tests/procedures you may have performed at the visit.

Please bring:

Any prescription glasses that you wear.

Sunglasses or hat as your eyes may be dilated during the consultation and this will make you more glare sensitive making it uncomfortable to be in the sunlight or to drive.

A list of current medications.

Your medicare card, private health fund and pension cards if you have them.

Payment

All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.

We accept cash, cheque, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Eftpos is available.

Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.
